Retrofit Coordinator

As a Retrofit Coordinator, you’ll oversee each retrofit project from start to finish, assessing risk, ensuring compliance, managing delivery plans, and coordinating input from assessors, designers, and installers. You’ll work across a portfolio of domestic properties, ensuring all works meet the latest PAS2035, 2030, MCS and TrustMark requirements.

You’ll use our digital tools, internal systems, and CDE platforms (such as PASflow and BIM) to track progress, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth resident journey from assessment to evaluation.

• Qualified Retrofit Coordinator (Level 5 Diploma) — or prepared to commit to the qualification (course paid by Happy)
• Experience in domestic retrofit, construction, built environment or energy assessment
• Strong understanding of PAS 2035:2023, MCS and the retrofit process
• Organised, analytical, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently and across multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills
• A clean UK driving licence
