 Main Purpose of Job: As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will act as the key link between residents, housing providers and operational teams, helping to ensure projects are delivered smoothly while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

JOB SPECIFICATION

  • Liaise with residents regarding planned works to their homes.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with housing associations and neighbourhood housing teams.
  • Organise, attend and chair tenant and resident meetings, providing updates on project progress.
  • Respond to and resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction levels throughout project delivery.
  • Support site teams in maintaining strong resident engagement and communication.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • To be successful in this role, you will ideally have experience working within social housing, customer service, resident engagement or a similar environment involving residents and leaseholders during property improvement works.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Must be an excellent communicator and a natural problem solver with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be confident polite and courteous when communicating and building relationships with residents, clients, and site operatives
  • Must be able to work independently as well as being a team player
  • Excellent organisational skills and a strong work ethic
  • Good IT skills with competency at Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must hold a full clean driving licence
