 JOB SPECIFICATION

Job Purpose

To support the Resident Liaison Officer to deliver the best service for both the client and the customer.

Job Objectives

  • To support the RLO with tenant communication with regards to the on-going delivery of construction projects and social housing refurbishment works.
  • To assist the site team with information regarding tenants and the community in general where the works will impact.

Key Tasks

  • Support and attend resident’s consultation and open days.
  • Attend visits with the RLO to collect resident prestart information, and complete daily visits to ensure resident knowledge of the works is forthcoming, inclusive of duration, work type, and steps taken to minimise disruption during works.
  • Ensure the RLO is advised of all resident needs, including the elderly and infirm.
  • Make appointments with tenants for all trades and ensure smooth workflows on customer properties.
  • Implement and abide by internal company policy and procedure.
  • Provide after care for residents and customers to address any on-going concerns and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
  • Contribute ideas and assist with community initiatives.
