Job Overview 

Holden Building Solutions Ltd are seeking a reliable and hardworking Driver / Labourer to join their team in the Kendal area. The successful candidate will report each morning to the site welfare cabin and support ongoing building and refurbishment projects. 

 Key Responsibilities 

• Report to the welfare cabin in Kendal daily for a 07:30 start 
• Pick up materials from local builders’ merchants 
• Deliver materials safely to various job sites 
• Assist with general labouring duties on site 
• Carry out property strip-out and rip-out works 

 Requirements 

• Valid UK driving licence 
• Ideally aged 25+ (minimum 21) due to insurance restrictions 
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual work 
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team 
• Previous labouring or construction experience is desirable but not essential 
• CSCS card not required 

 Pay & Benefits 

• Rate of pay: To be agreed (minimum National Living Wage) 
• Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry
