Overview of the role.

General Builder required by a housing association, Blackpool. Starting salary £29,885, rising to £31,458 on successful completion of 6 month probation period. 39 hour week. Start at 26 days annual leave, increasing up to 30 days plus bank holidays, Van, Fuel card, Uniform & Tools provided.

Must have a full clean driving licence, you will be working alongside a roofer so experience/knowledge of roofing is needed, ground works knowledge is essential (flagging and fencing).
